What we collect

When you request a lesson or send a message we collect your name, phone number, email address, pick-up area, preferred lesson time and anything you choose to tell us.

Why

We use these details only to arrange and deliver your lessons and to reply to you. We don't sell them or use them for marketing without asking.

Who handles it

Booking requests are stored in our database (Supabase), emails are sent through Resend, and confirmed lessons are added to our instructor's Google Calendar. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Site statistics

We count page views without cookies. Each visit is recorded against a daily, one-way code made from your connection details, which can't be used to identify you and resets every day.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as you're learning with us and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing Zahra@ace-drivingschool.co.uk or calling 07892 871 129. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
